Executive Profile · London / Tehran

Mohammad Mehrabani

Digital Transformation Leader | Enterprise Systems Architect.

Fifteen years of work inside enterprise ERP programmes — in heavy manufacturing, mining and metals, FMCG, fintech, and large industrial holdings. The recurring lesson: most operational problems are not technology problems. They are coordination, process, and decision-making problems.

The practice sits where business processes, enterprise systems, and operating models meet — and where industrial transformation actually has to land.

Executive Summary

Mohammad Mehrabani works across the intersection of enterprise systems, operating models, and the practical realities of industrial operations. The thread running through fifteen years of practice is consistent: large organisations rarely fail at technology. They fail at alignment — between strategy and the operating model, between the operating model and the processes that run it, and between those processes and the ERP that quietly encodes them.

The work began at Farapayam Software Group (2008–2015) building and running the ERP implementation and support function, then continued as CEO of Mandegar Yekparche Farapayam (2015–2017), as ERP Implementation Lead at SandPardaz (2017–2019) on the Oghab Scania programme, and from 2019 to 2023 as Enterprise ERP Programme Lead across the FANAP Infrastructure and MIDHCO ecosystems — a four-year multi-entity mandate spanning fintech and heavy industry.

Since late 2023 he has been based in the United Kingdom. MSc in Data Science and Analytics at the University of Westminster (Aug 2023 – Oct 2024) was carried alongside concurrent UK practitioner roles: Digital Operations & Systems Analyst at City London Hotel (Nov 2023 – present, part-time) and Data Reporting Analyst at Spice City (Jun 2024 – present). The next direction is doctoral work in AI-driven decision support, digital twins, and uncertainty-aware operational systems.
